SE-9090 Express Plus Industrial Performance Edger

The SE-9090 has been increasing lab profits year after year! And now a 25% faster version, the SE-9090 Express Plus, has just been released. This new version is designed with exclusive dual spindle technology that allows for multi-tasking processes. With new style vertical and horizontal linear bearings, vibration is eliminated thereby retaining accuracy even at the higher speed. The torque pressure that is exerted is equalized using the dual spindle technology that grinds the lens nasal and temporal simultaneously.
The SE-9090 Express Plus meets the needs of wholesale laboratories, edging high index, Trivex, and polycarbonate lenses that are unsurpassed in consistent quality.
With a diameter tolerance of a mere 0.01mm, the SE-9090 Express Plus edger has built-in features that include automatic exclusive Crystal edge polish, automatic safety bevel (polished or frosted). The large 10.4 SVGA TFT color display touch screen is intuitive and easy to use, and provides the operator with complete processing information during edging.

AES-1000 Robotic Edging Systems

The new robotic edging system, the RHU-1000, can substantially increase the output of finished lenses in your lab and decrease labor-intensive operations. Designed to accommodate high volume lens processing and easy to program, the RHU-1000 will increase profits and enable faster service to customers. This revolutionary robotic unit can be purchased with an optical tray stacker (RHU-1000 S) or can be custom-fitted to a conveyor belt system (RHU-1000 CB). The RHU-1000's unique single robot/single edger composition makes the unit more efficient and easier to maintain, as compared to single robot/multi-edger units. The unique CD style feeder eliminates *Job Waiting Syndrome* and job tray bottlenecking increasing output up to 30 jobs per hour.

The unit partners with the new SE-9090 Express. The SE-9090 Express offers pinpoint precision, *24/7* durability and outstanding consistency. The RHU-1000 can be retrofitted to any previously installed SE-9090 edger and the RHU-1000(S) is fully compatible with Nidek or LOH/Weco finishing trays and blocks, and compliant with VCA Standard Protocol.

AES-1500 Edging and Drilling Station

The AES-1500 is the first-ever robotic edging system featuring exclusive, fully-automatic 3-D Drilling, and 3-D Grooving technology. In addition to these patented functions, the AES-1500 Polish, as well as a polish safety bevel function.
AES-1500 is a powerful technological combination, consisting of the new AHM-1000 auto drilling and grooving unit along with the OLA Award of Excellence Winner, the SE-9090 Express Industrial Edger. The result is increased efficiency and throughput utilizing 3-D CNC functions, while retaining incredible accuracy and the highest quality lens finish.
As an added benefit, the drilling and grooving functions operate independently of the grinding process for optimal processing speed. The AES-1500 has a ten-tray stacker design for easy auto loading/unloading and is also offered with a conveyor belt design.
This fully-automated edging system has a "single robot/ single edger/single drill unit" design. This simplicity eliminates job tray 'bottlenecking', reduces downtime, provides easy access/easy maintenance, and increases overall workflow.
